ACS has begun testing for Phases 2 & 3 of the High Speed Rail project.

ACS has been selected to provide testing services, both GGL and PDA for Phases 2 & 3 of the new California High Speed Rail. This phase of the project encompasses the section from the south of Fresno to north Bakersfield.
